Sweeping views overlooking Santa Barbara and it’s majestic mountains are showcased from this elegantly remodeled corner unit in The Highlands. Gleaming Maple wood floors and crown molding adorn the entry and living room, opening up to the patio with breathtaking views. The recently remodeled kitchen boasts Caesarstone countertops, new cabinetry, and Stainless appliances. Vaulted ceilings in the bedrooms evoke a spacious feel, and both bathrooms are tastefully remodeled.
Rarely does an offering like this come up in the Highlands – End unit, Extensively remodeled, with Panoramic views.
Just sold this incredibly charming 1920s Spanish style home on the Mesa. Rumor has it that this was one of the first homes built on the Mesa, told to me by an unverifiable source
Regardless, the home has maintained it’s architectural integrity and charm, but has been updated with modern day amenities. Big ocean views from the living room and some bedrooms, but especially from the front patio. This is conveniently located on the Mesa; just a short jaunt to Lazy Acres, Shoreline Park, beach access, and Washington Elementary School. Sold for $1,215,000.
Beautifully updated, bright, spacious 3 bed/2.5 bath Mesa home with views. New carpet, updated bathrooms with corian counters, remodeled kitchen with custom maple cabinetry, and granite counters. Vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, and stone fireplace in the living room. Large master suite with separate entrance, walk in closet & deck overlooking the gardens and mature landscaping. Custom stain glass & tile accents throughout.
There’s even an ocean view turret with separate entrance and half bathroom! Listed at $1,075,000.
Just Sold! End unit in the Santa Barbara Highlands with these views from upstairs and downstairs. Extensively remodeled with new wood floors, dual paned windows/sliders, new heating system, new paint, and more! Sold it before it hit the MLS. $515,000.
Yay! I closed escrow on my Mesa condo listing! This is a great unit – probably the best unit in the entire complex. 2 bed/1.5 bath, end unit, ocean and island views, backs up to a nature preserve, and clean. We had 5 offers within the first 24 hours of being on the market. It was a short sale, so it took a bit longer to close (about 3 months from start to finish…pretty average for short sales). My seller is happy to move forward, and the buyers are awesome and stoked on their first home! Despite the short sale headaches, everyone is happy.
